  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onions and bell peppers, sautéing until soft.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the cooked turkey bacon, sautéed veggies, and top with provolone cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
