Keto Lasagna Stuffed Peppers

A delicious keto-friendly recipe featuring stuffed peppers filled with turkey bacon and beef.

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef.
  4. Combine the beef, turkey bacon, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, and seasonings in a bowl.
  5. Stuff the mixture into halved bell peppers.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until peppers are tender.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the stuffing.
  • Can use any type of bell peppers.
