Keto Grilled Cheese (with chaffles!)

Enjoy a delicious Keto Grilled Cheese made with chaffles and turkey bacon for a low-carb twist on this classic sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, mozzarella, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
  4. Crisp the turkey bacon in a skillet until fully cooked.
  5. Assemble the chaffle by adding bacon and another chaffle on top.
  6. Spread butter on the outside and grill on a skillet until crispy.

Notes

  • Chaffles can be made ahead of time and reheated.
