Keto Crispy Reuben Roll-Ups

A delicious low-carb twist on the classic Reuben, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 package turkey bacon
  • 1 package chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and chives until smooth.
  3. Lay out the turkey bacon and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
  4. Add a layer of chicken ham, followed by shredded Swiss cheese and sauerkraut.
  5. Roll the bacon tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of sauerkraut to taste.
  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
