  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, rice, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  4. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper, packing it tightly.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the peppers are tender.
