- 4 large bell peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, rice, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper, packing it tightly.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
