  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat, adding the chopped onion and garlic as it cooks.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, and stir well.
  3. Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth, then add the chocolate, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Bring to a simmer and add salt and pepper. Cook for at least 1 hour.
