Instructions

  3. Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center of each square and fold over to seal.
  5. Bring beef broth to a boil in a large pot.
  6. Add the dumplings, carrot, and celery to the broth.
  7. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
