- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 1 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, and salt.
- In a saucepan, warm the honey (or maple syrup) with the coconut oil and vanilla until melted.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.
