  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • 1 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, and salt.
  3. In a saucepan, warm the honey (or maple syrup) with the coconut oil and vanilla until melted.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Stir in the dried fruit once cooled.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
