  • 10 grams active dry yeast
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar together.
  2. In another bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine the yeast mixture with the flour mixture and knead until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles.
  6. Place a small amount of filling (e.g., chocolate or jam) at the base of each triangle.
  7. Roll up the triangles from the base to the tip.
  8. Place the rolled pastries on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  9. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
