Ginger Beef Stir Fry

A quick and easy recipe for ginger beef stir fry that’s full of flavor and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch.
  2. Marinate the beef in the mixture for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  4. Add beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Add bell peppers and broccoli, continue stir-frying for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in sesame oil and green onions, cooked for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of ginger to taste.
  • For added spice, include red pepper flakes.
