- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch.
- Marinate the beef in the mixture for 15 minutes.
