  • 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Toast baguette slices in the oven until golden brown.
