Ingredients
Scale
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the halved baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until crispy and golden, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until cooked to your desired doneness.
Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet, stir to combine with the steak and garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can marinate the steak bites in your favorite spices before cooking.
