Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips with olive oil in a double boiler.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and olive oil mixture to the egg mixture.
