Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Top with croutons just before serving.

Notes

  • This salad is best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a day without croutons.
