  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach and feta cheese until well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups, then pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is set and lightly golden on top.
