  • 200 grams enoki mushrooms
  • 400 grams beef slices
  • 200 grams turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Take a slice of beef and place a few enoki mushrooms on one end.
  3. Roll the beef around the mushrooms and secure it with a piece of turkey bacon.
  4. Repeat the process for all beef and mushrooms.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  6. Brush the sauce over the rolls.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the beef is cooked through.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef rolls in soy sauce before cooking.
