- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 large egg whites
