Easy Low Carb Chicken Casserole

A delicious and easy low-carb chicken casserole recipe with turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped turkey bacon, broccoli, and shredded cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can top with more cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
