  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the steak, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook until browned.
