  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and diced peaches.
