Delicious Pistachio and Mushroom Cheesecake Recipe

A unique and flavorful cheesecake combining pistachios and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms until soft.
  3. In a bowl, combine pistachios, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Add the sautéed mushrooms and mix until well blended.
  5. Pour the mixture into a prepared cheesecake crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • This cheesecake can be served chilled or at room temperature.
  • Optionally, top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios before serving.
