  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 cups gnocchi
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, add chicken, broth, carrots, celery, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken and return it to the soup.
  4. Stir in the gnocchi and heavy cream, cooking for an additional 30 minutes on high.
