- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add flank steak. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the steak thinly and return it to the skillet with pasta. Toss everything together to coat.
- Serve garnished with parsley.
