Creamy Steak Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add flank steak. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the steak thinly and return it to the skillet with pasta. Toss everything together to coat.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley.
