  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
