  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, allowing it to thicken for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
