  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the chicken ham and cooked bacon, mixing well.
  6. Toss in the cooked fettuccine and combine until evenly coated.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
