- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add the cooked fettuccine, sliced chicken, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
