Creamy Cajun Chicken Alfredo

A flavorful twist on a classic pasta dish, featuring creamy Alfredo sauce spiced with Cajun seasoning and tender chicken.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine, sliced chicken, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning to taste.
  • Leftovers can be reheated on the stove with a splash of cream.
