  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes, until tender.
  5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and combined.
  6. Mix in the cooked penne and sliced chicken, stirring to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
