Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tablespoons cowboy butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the cowboy butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and garlic powder, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
  6. Mix in the cooked linguine and garnish with parsley.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
