  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, milk, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy; set aside.
  3. Pour batter onto the skillet for pancakes and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip.
  4. Serve pancakes topped with crispy turkey bacon.
