- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine coconut milk, shredded coconut, egg, and melted coconut oil.
