  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
