  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange Saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers evenly.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Allow to sit for a few minutes to melt, then spread the chocolate.
  7. Mix cinnamon and granulated sugar, then sprinkle it over the melted chocolate.
  8. Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
