  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chimichurri sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chimichurri sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
