  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and lime juice until well coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chickpea mixture. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  3. Warm the tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Assemble the wrap by placing the chickpea mixture on each tortilla, then adding lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  5. Wrap tightly and serve with extra lime if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the wrap.
