  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, salt, cumin, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the olive oil, onions, and spinach.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  5. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
