  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (to thicken)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery; cook until softened.
  2. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
