- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
