- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
