  • 4 strips turkey bacon

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine and turkey bacon to the sauce; toss to coat.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
