  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and bell peppers.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and stir well to coat.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include cooked chicken or turkey.
