  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and stir in the sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
