Cheesy Pumpkin Ricotta Pasta Bake

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the ricotta mixture, stirring to combine well.
