- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as spinach, bell peppers, and carrots)
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter.
- Place another sheet on top and brush with butter again.
