  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Stir in cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar, cooking until tomatoes begin to soften.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the chicken mixture and add fresh basil.
  7. Toss everything together and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top before serving.
