  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into a wreath shape.
  3. Place the Brie in the center of the wreath.
  4. Top the Brie with cranberry sauce and chopped pecans.
  5. Wrap the puff pastry around the Brie, sealing it well.
  6. Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
