  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded hash browns, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Press the hash brown mixture into the bottom of a greased muffin tin to form a crust.
  4. Bake the hash brown crust for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
