  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and chop.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell peppers to the pot. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and chicken broth to the pot.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add chopped turkey bacon back to the pot and stir well.
  7. Serve hot.
