  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine the blueberries and sugar and heat over medium until berries burst.
  3. In a separate pot, heat the heavy cream until it simmers but does not boil.
  4. Remove from heat, add the chopped chocolate, and stir until smooth.
  5. Fold in the blueberry mixture and the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the ganache into the tart shell and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.

Notes

  • For best results, use high-quality dark chocolate.
  • Let the tart sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
