  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add buttermilk and mix until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.

  7. Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
